Okay, so here’s the deal — we’re a small (but mighty) business run by two neurospicy besties hand-making every single item with love, dye, and probably glitter. We’re not Amazon, babes. So let’s talk policies, shall we?
Sale? Bundle? Discount Code?
No refunds. Nope. Not even a little. If it was on sale, part of a bundle, discounted, or a “create your own” masterpiece — it’s yours forever. Like a tattoo, but cozy. We literally can’t take it back because it’s custom, handmade, and probably already living its best life.

Returns (for full-price items only)
If you ordered something full-price and it’s not giving you the main character energy you deserve, here’s what to do:
• The item must be unworn (we mean it — no deodorant stripes or mystery smells), in its original packaging, with tags, and in “I could still sell this” condition.
• You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
• No returns without all of the above — we’re good at making clothes, not at reading minds.

Ugh, we’re human. If your item shows up looking like it’s been through a breakup or you got someone else’s order, email us ASAP and we’ll fix it. Promise. Just don’t wait six weeks and then hit us with “hey bestie.”

Want to exchange?
Totally doable! Send your item back with the returns form. You’ll need to cover the return postage (sorry, we’re not made of free shipping), and then once we receive and approve it, we’ll contact you for postage payment to send your new item out. Think of it as a pen-pal situation, but with cute clothes.

Once your return arrives and we’ve inspected it like the fashion CSI we are, we’ll let you know if you’re getting a refund. If approved, it’ll go back to your original payment method — just give your bank a little time. They’re not known for their speed or vibes.
